WorldWide Interpreters adheres to the highest standards for our interpreters.  Rigorous screening and assessment is used to validate an interpreter’s language skills, understanding and use of appropriate medical, or other industry terminology, and their phone and communication skills.

Ongoing quality assurance mechanisms include not only monitoring and grading of interpretation sessions, but also a program of continuing education and testing.  The program is designed to eliminate issues rather than just react to them.

Our medical interpreters are instructed in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and safeguards for patient confidentiality.
